Here are pictures of his apartment, Brownstone Legend. It was already 7pm by the time I arrived in his neighborhood so it was unfortunately dark. However, I was very happy and excited to see it in person and even looked for his van, but it was nowhere in sight. For fellow Japanese Airens: イ・スンギ アパート. こちらが、イ・スンギさんのお住まいのマンション、「ブラウンストーン・レジェンド」の写真です。
Notice how it says “Brownstone” in the neon green lights towards the bottom right hand corner.
This is the mini supermarket and businesses right next to the apartment. You can see the words “Brownstone” ミニスーパーマーケットです。
This is a close up of the entrance to his apartment where cars are parked. Behind the balcony through the glass windows is an upscale Japanese restaurant. これは玄関の写真で、上はベランダの後ろ側にある和食レストランです。
Here is another angle of his apartment. I know some fans would go in to at least check out the restaurants, but preserving my dignity was more important to me than being mistaken for a crazed (sasaeng) fan. I have to admit, it was VERY difficult to restrain myself. LOL.
This is the right side view of the mini mart and his apartment building.
One last view of his apartment. I had to pick the best pictures out of the 20+ I had on my cell phone. I have shared with you 7 of them as the rest are pretty much repeats or blurry pics due to my excitement – the Seung Gi effect.
Last but not least, I will close this post with another picture of the autograph Seung Gi left at his favorite Chinese restaurant. It says in Korean “Be happy always!” Lee Seung Gi.
Kyaaaaaahhhh!!! I was so happy to have been so near Seung Gi in the 6+ years I have lived in Korea. I am looking forward to seeing him at the Hope Concert this year! It certainly was a memorable evening for me. 🙂

I have seen him about 20 feet away when he left the venue after the Hope Concert on both days last year. He’s really handsome. He lives with his parents as is the Korean traditional custom. He is an unusual celebrity in that he didn’t move out to his own place when he became famous. In this sense, he is very traditional, and will not move out until he gets married according to Korean custom.
