His van was on the 5th floor so most of the fans were waiting there. At the news that he was coming out on the 4th floor, suddenly everyone started running to the 4th floor. Seung Gi didn’t get in the van after seeing fans running towards him. He waited for us♥ He said that the movie was so scary that he almost died ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ So cuteㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ (I almost died from being out of breath due to runningㅋㅋ)
He took off his jacket and Oppa wore a short sleeved t-shirtㅠㅠWhy didn’t you take it off earlierㅠㅠ It’s so niceㅋㅋㅋ

I arrived early before the screening waiting for Oppa…….
Celebrities started coming one by one~
I grew anxious waiting
Wow!!!! When Oppa came out, seriously, no joke, the screams were the loudest!!!
I was more startled by the soundㅋㅋㅋ I was near the entrance so I didn’t have a good view so I asked “Who came out?” I had been asking who had come out!!!
I was proud when it was none other than Oppa!!
He shook hands with fans starting all the way from the end as he walked and stood in the photo zone to get photos taken
Many of the fans were in Oppa’s line of view so he looked towards that direction and greeted us!!
I think he was giving a ment cheering on the movie but it was so noisy I couldn’t hear very well. I’ll probably have to listen to that when a video surfacesㅠㅠ
That’s how it ended. Going back after dinner, the fans were also there waiting.
Because the movie theater is on the 5th floor, we were waiting there…ㅠㅠㅠ
The manager was driving the van to the 4th floor…………
So all the fans rushed to the 4th floorㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
After running there, Oppa hadn’t left and was standing thereㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
He must have seen his fans running
I ran gasping for air…..(Now that I think about it…..Ah..my image must have been …….so haggard……..)
He shook hands with a few fans and when we told him all of us were waiting for him
He said he didn’t know that he would be coming out this way…
He said at Wangsimni, you leave through the 4th floor when a movie endsㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Afterwards, he said he would be leaving.
He waved, got in the van, and leftㅋㅋㅋㅋ Fan account by LovelySgDimple via dclsg

Today I had an exam so I was hesitating about whether to go or not. I decided to go!
1st time) Because the person in front of me was receiving an autograph… KimG : Would it be possible if you could also sign mine~?? Manager : If he signs for one person, he’ll have to do it continuously, so it’s not allowed. Seung Gi : I’m sorry KimG : Please give me one copy……..
I received a flat refusal and without saying a word, I just leftㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
2nd time) I regained my courage to take a selca! I made up my mind and waited as my heart pounded !! (But as soon as my turn came, the manager said photos were not allowed and held back my phone…)
KimG : A photo… Manager : It’s not allowed. Seung Gi : Flustered and awkward?! ( Because I received 2 flat refusals from the manager, I don’t remember how I reacted ㅠㅠ) Manager : Please come out quickly KimG : My change…!!!! Seung Gi : (He quietly asks the Big Issue vendor to give him some change) KimG : (Came out of there as if I was dragged out ㅠㅠ)
3rd time) I couldn’t just go home because I was refused so many times. This time, I was going to succeed for sure and waited with half expectation and half determination.. KimG : Oppa, can I have an autograph…. Seung Gi : (Nodding) Yes~ KimG : Oh! One moment please!! (All of a sudden, I fumbled with my phoneㅠㅠ Feeling flustered) Really, just a minute!!!!!! ……… 1,2,3 ^_^* KimG : Please hug me! (Is he not allowed to hug? I don’t rememberㅠㅠ) Kyaaaak!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
I lost my sanity for a moment and took The Big Issue in my hand as I walked out and looked at the selca. My face was as huge as a red bean steamed bun and I was grinning from ear to ear. Although I came out ugly, oppa is handsome….!! I spazzed out and succeeded after 3 times.ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
If I had gone home after the 2nd time, I would have cried…
The people in front of me were all allowed hugs, autographs, and selcas. I could’ve been sad because whenever it came to my turn, for some reason, I was flatly refused ….ㅠ3ㅠ
Because of the backlight, (Seung Gi’s) face came out dark so I made some revisions with my phone. If it’s strange, let me know. 😉

A non-Airen posted photos of Seung Gi filming today and said she was out shopping for Christmas items when she coincidentally ran into him.
“He was wearing a white shirt and black pants…running and running diligently. His shirt was soaked with sweat and during the brief breaks, he wore a thick down jumper. Seeing him covered with a black golf umbrella to block the sun made me think, “Ah, a star is surely a star..”
After I finished shopping for a while and on my way to lunch, a familiar orange jumper emerged from the restaurant in front of me. It seemed as if filming still hadn’t finished. Earlier, it was in front of a convenience store, this time it seems to be in front of a cafe.
Since I have a tendency of not watching dramas often, whether this was a current drama on TV..or one that will air in the future…or if it was a CF..or a music video..
Even though I have no idea, in any case, he was chic.”

This post is late because I was present at the Airen 6 FM and had an experience of a lifetime with Seung Gi. Lee Seung Gi chose me as “Best Airen” at the fan meet so now I feel a bit pressured not to disappoint my readers. ^^;;;; Many of the photos you’ve seen already, but I don’t think anyone can get tired of seeing Seung Gi pics and reading about Airen news. My posts are usually later than other bloggers because I work full time and don’t get home until 10pm KST. However, I do my best to post whenever I have the time. Thanks for your understanding. 🙂
These are photos I took when I got to the fan meet:

It says “I/We love you”
Waiting for Seung Gi
I got stuck with Section E, the best seats are Section B which is right in the middle.
The fanmeet didn’t start till 6:10pm KST so the excitement to see him was really building up.
The lights darkened and all Airens got very excited. I’m copying and pasting the order of events from my previous post and will complete the fan meeting’s events in this post. There are so many photos out there, it’s humanly impossible to upload them all. I have more time on the weekend to blog and that’s when you’ll probably see most of them. HQ photos will most probably be released by then too.
Famous Korean comedian Kim Young Chul came out and got the crowd excited for Seung Gi’s appearance on stage. Seung Gi came out and everyone was really excited and cheered for him.
He opened up with “Will You Marry Me?” and everyone cheered.

It was then followed by a candid heart to heart talk with the MC about SG’s movie and everyone found out his character’s last name is Kang and he has curly hair. Then they talked about Seung Gi’s favorite top 5 songs vs. the Top 5 Airen favorite . Seung Gi of course chose ‘Because You’re My Woman’ as his #1 favorite. Then the MC asked him about guessing the Airen’s top 5 and he listed the following:
SG’s Guess for the other 4 songs:
2. Let’s Break Up
3. Return
4. Cry Out
5. Delete
Airens’ Actual Top 5:
1. Return
2. Because You’re My Woman
3. Love Taught Me to Drink

3. The King 2 Hearts~ Cherry Blossom Proposal Scene

Then came more prize giveaways. YAAS Scripts, clothes, shoes, and even banana milk! Here’s a photo of Seung Gi’s individually messaged banana milk!

Seung Gi’s messages on each banana milk starting from left to right:
1. Airen~

2. Airen 6 ♡
I’m always thankful
Let’s be together for a long time!
3. Banana milk
Keep your spirits up! ♡
Airen Forever!
4. Airen 6 of Lee Seung Gi
(As one of them! As one of them!) ♡
5. To Airen that I love and am always thankful to!
Always be full of happiness ♡
To win these, these were the categories that you had to meet:
#1. For the white t-shirt that Seung Gi wore for the first half of YAAS, you had to be an Airen who came from the farthest country. A Toronto fan won it.
#2. If you had the same birthday as Seung Gi, or your birthday was on August 24th, the day of the fan meet, or on Seung Gi’s debut day, you were also eligible for special prizes.
#3. Next gifts went to the oldest and youngest fans in the audience. One person who was born in 1940 won and an 11 year old girl from China won for the youngest.
After that was the moment of my life that I will never forget~ Seung Gi choosing “Best Airen”. Airens had to write an “accomplishment” or something that they did because of Seung Gi on an easel. My post it said “I opened a blog for International Airens” and he picked it! Please refer to my fan account for this event.♥

Next came the infamous Hula Hoop game. Several fans were called up to the stage and Seung Gi had to unbutton his shirt a few times as punishment. They played “Losing My Mind” as background music. Seung Gi got caught with the hula hoop several times and he joked that he was afraid his shirt might expose too much.

Afterwards, the audience asked Seung Gi to do “Gwiyomi” so he gladly obliged. 😛

The next event was Seung Gi’s own idea and he called it “Seung Gi’s idea corner”. I thought that was such a cute and clever concept. 😛 He made cream pasta with pollock roe for a lucky fan. He even brought his own knife and when fans asked what brand it was he was hesitant to say because “then everyone might buy it”. Upon the audience’s insistence, he spelled out the brand and it’s actually well known in the USA~ Cutco!

Seung Gi said he added ingredients that he liked. He adds spinach to cream pasta with flying fish roe. He mentions that fish roe is usually cooked in olive oil instead of being put in cream sauce. He tells the audience that it will take some time so to talk amongst ourselves. He makes his own sauce from fresh cream. He says that the cooking time for the noodles says 8 minutes for Western taste and 6 minutes for Asian tastebuds. LOL. He continues by saying he boils it for about 6 minutes since he has to cook it in the fry pan for about a minute to a minute and a half. The audience oohs and aaahs. He jokes by saying,”Don’t I sound like a pro?” He says that he’s making the pasta without a recipe because he couldn’t find one, so he’s recalling it from memory. He says the water isn’t boiling and drinks water. The MC jokes “Why are you drinking water when you should be boiling it?” Then he starts dicing garlic and the audience is impressed. He gets tired and says “I’m going to have to sit down and do this.” People in the audience laugh.
Seung Gi continues by saying that this is a special event compared to the games he plays at fan meets. He also asks the audience if they’ve ever cooked pasta for their parents. The MC and Seung Gi joke about where he learned how to cook and the MC says,”Where else would he learn to cook besides from a cooking school?” He continues dicing onions and mentions he brought his personal knife because it slices well. Then the audience asks and he says Cutco and the MC incorporates his Cuckoo song into a joke with “Cutco”. The MC asks Seung Gi if he’s washed his hand and he says of course. He also says he practiced cooking this once before the fan meet and his managers approved of the taste. He asks the audience if he should put in a lot of bacon and they say yes. Seung Gi is waiting for boiling water and asks the audience if he should share a conversation while waiting. He says he feels nervous since everyone is watching him cook. They wait for boiling water and when it arrives, Seung Gi says it’s too much. A fan shouts “Lee Seung Gi, you’re cute!” The MC quips how fans think he’s cute even when he’s dumping out water. Seung Gi says he learned to cook with 1L but tells the MC he’s not sure if that’s the correct amount in the pot.
The MC asks why the water isn’t boiling and he asks Seung Gi if he always follows the recipe. The MC then says Seung Gi has that kind of mindset where everything has to be exact like grammar. Seung Gi admits it and says it’s so he doesn’t mess up. The MC mentions him taking theTOEICexam and asks what score he received. Seung Gi says he got a 760. He then asks the audience to time 6 minutes~ asking those with smartphones to start.Seung Gi worries that he’s boring the fans and the MC quips that they’re his fans and wouldn’t be bored. The fans reassure him that they’re not. Seung Gi then mentions adding chicken stock and jokes “Isn’t it sophisticated?” Three minutes and 30 seconds are left and he adds hot pepper. He tells fans that he’ll add lots of bacon, then white wine. As Seung Gi is making the sauce, he asks the fans how many minutes are left and everyone shouts “2 minutes!”. The MC asks the audience how many minutes are left for the pasta to boil and they answer,”1 minute!”.
Seung Gi adds milk and says he learned to add a ratio of 2:1 milk to cream. A fan screams to give her the rest of the milk. She asks him to give her the milk after Seung drinks it. Seung Gi says he can give her the empty carton. The MC mimics her screaming and Seung Gi says he’s not sure if he can give her left over milk. Seung Gi laughs and says he feels as if he’s on “Masterchef Korea”. He asks the audience how they think he’d do if he appeared on that show. Everyone says “First place!” He says he’s almost done and adds chicken stock, parsley, and grated cheese. Seung Gi tells everyone to wait just a moment, it’s almost done. Seung Gi twirls the pasta onto a dish and remarks that there’s too much. He garnishes it with parsley and chooses a lucky fan from the raffle box to taste it. (This part isn’t in the video but a lucky young Korean girl gets to taste Seung Gi’s pasta)

The next event was the special video prepared by Airens. Seung Gi cried while watching it. The audience shouted “It’s alright! It’s alright!”. His pure heart is just so beautiful.

Next came a beautiful strawberry laden cake that was wheeled onto the stage. Seung Gi sliced into it and tasted it. The MC asked him how it tasted and he said it was more delicious than his home baked cake. While he was slicing it, a strawberry fell off and the MC picked it up and asked the audience who wanted the strawberry that Seung Gi dropped. Fans went crazy and it was a fun moment.

Seung Gi’s Greeting after the performance and before the handshake session:

Seung Gi: Did you have fun?
Audience: YES!!!
Seung Gi: The second floor, did you have fun?
Second floor audience: YES!!!
Seung Gi: Earlier, the second floor had grumbled (laughing). Today, I really had a lot of fun and I think it was a good idea creating this event. (Audience claps). I’m really sorry that I couldn’t make more events like this but compared to other celebrities, I’ve worked a lot. You can let me off the hook, right? (Audience shouts YES!!!) In the future, I’ll try to make an event like this at least once every year. I might not be able to keep that promise, but I’ll do my best to keep my word. Thank you so much. Today, unlike other fan meetings, I think we felt a lot of sincerity and shared many stories, right? (Audience says YES!). Even though I’m not a hot and newly debuted singer, I’m really happy that we were able to be together for 10 years with a feeling similar to the warmth of a blazing fireplace. That’s why I feel I have a solid foundation and that’s why you’re such precious fans to me. Thank you everyone. I will continue to love you in the future. Thank you. I love you! See you again! See you soon! Sayonara! Aaah…what was it in Chinese? Zài jiàn! What’s next? … (Couldn’t hear the first part clearly) I love you!
Finally came the handshake session.

I don’t have any fanpics or fancams uploaded from the fan meeting since I was busy preparing for that day. I live north outside of Seoul, about an hour and 15 minutes away from the Airen 6 FM. By the time I had arrived, it was almost 4:30pm and I quickly got in line to get my tickets and Airen souvenirs. Unfortunately, all the Airen t-shirts were sold out but I was able to purchase a Seung Gi badge and a lightstick. Here comes my defining moment…As I turned to walk towards the coffee shop, I saw the big easel covered with post-it messages, mostly in Korean, some in English. The title of the easel was “Find the Best Airen”. You had to write an accomplishment or something you did because of Seung Gi. I was almost going to pass it by since I never win these kinds of events. However, everyone else was doing it and I figured why not? Just for kicks. I asked for a post it note and on it, I had written in Korean,”I opened a blog for International Airens”. I never imagined it would get picked since there were soooo many post it notes on the easel. Here, take a look at the easel as the staff take it away backstage:

Afterwards, I took some photos at the Airen photozone with the Seung Gi standees and had some ice coffee, DM’d a few Airen friends, and fixed my makeup before entering the venue. Famous Korean comedian Kim Young Chul came out and got the crowd excited for Seung Gi’s appearance on stage. I was stuck in Section E, the worst place since it’s way in the back, but luckily I wasn’t too far back. Seung Gi came out and everyone was really excited and cheered for him. He opened up with “Will You Marry Me?” and everyone cheered. Afterwards, there were between the scenes photos of him in Japan after wrapping up YAAS and then a candid heart to heart talk with the MC about SG’s favorite songs vs the Top 5 Airen Songs. Okay, I was fine up to this point. Then came more prize giveaways. YAAS Scripts, clothes, shoes, and even banana milk! To win these, these were the categories that you had to meet:

I’ll upload pics when I have time, I just got off work and overwhelmed with my fan account that I have yet to write and all the photos that are floating around twitter. Most of you have already seen them anyway. ^^
Ok, this is where my fan account begins. Next, the staff brought out the “Best Airen” Easel with all the post its and Seung Gi read some of them aloud and interacted with the fans. He admitted that he had actually read them backstage but I couldn’t have imagined that he would have picked mine out of all those post its. After reading through more post its, he finally reached mine and read it aloud. Then he paused and explained to the audience that it is really difficult for overseas fans to get news about him in English since everything is in Korean. He flipped the back for a name and there wasn’t one so he asked whose it was. Without me knowing, I stood up and shouted,”It’s mine!”. Then a staff member came to me with a mike to say something but I lost my chance since I was too stunned and they moved onto other post its. Seung Gi said that he would definitely choose my post it before reading through some more. His fan service was really excellent as usual and made everyone so happy.

I thought the MC and Seung Gi were going through more posts to find better ones until he finally went back to my post it and took it from the easel. He asked me to come up on stage and that’s when I started freaking out but not really knowing that I was. I guess I was too dazed because all I remember is hearing a security guy telling me to hurry up to the stage. As I approached the steps to the stage, I saw Seung Gi looking at me and I was happy, nervous, excited, and just shocked to be picked. I greeted him in Korean and shook his hand. They were so soft as my Airen friends had told me. Then I was handed a mike and the MC asked me to introduce myself. I first introduced myself in Korean very briefly because my voice was shaking so much. Then I spoke in English and said, “Hello, my name is Elise Min and some of you may have read my blog. It’s an honor to be up here. I hope to meet many of you after the fan meet.” Gosh..Now I’m like “Why did I say that?” It just sounds lame to me now.
Then Seung Gi seemed really curious about how I started my blog and I just told him that I try to blog on a regular basis because of my profession. Then he asked me about my blog and I told him about my readers, especially those in the Philippines..that they really wanted him to visit. I also mentioned Malaysia and Indonesia. Seung Gi laughed since I was rattling off a list of countries, but it was comforting and cute. He was doing his best to put me at ease since I told him as I came up on stage that I was Korean-American [Born in Korea (I am 100% Korean by blood) but immigrated to the USA at the age of 3~ so please don’t expect my Korean pronunciation to be perfect and full of slang like a native Korean who grew up in Korea] I also told him that his English was really good at KCON and he told me that he had just memorized it. He asked me some questions about translating and I mentioned that I also subbed for Viki.com and was the one who subbed his interview with Eric Nam on the red carpet at KCON. He was sincerely surprised and smiled.
I was freaking out (like hyperventilating, LOL) and anyway, the MC asked me where in the USA I was from so I told him. He said to me “Oh, so you’re near New York.” I was just too nervous to say much so I said yes. He then asked me if I had a wish to ask of Seung Gi. I just stared at Seung Gi while he was sooo sweet to me. He crouched down to my eye level and asked me what he could do for me. OMG! I was ready to freak out. My mind went blank and all I remember saying was that I wasn’t a sasaeng fan or anything and I hadn’t really thought about it. Then I said I would love to have an autograph if possible. I mentioned that “someone more well known” than me “had your autograph recently at KCON” and Seung Gi just gave me this blank look as if he was asking,”Who?” Ouch! That’s another story, but quite an unpleasant one since that’s how I started this blog.
I couldn’t tell Seung Gi and the audience about that or all the horrible things that person and the organization that supported her did to try to stop me from spreading his love and news. Luckily, the official fanclub remained neutral and many members gave me a lot of support after the fan meet. Seung Gi had healed so much of the wounds from the atrocious things they did to try to stop me from blogging.
He recognized my blog as one for International Airens at the fan meet and I am so honored. ♥ I gave him my blog address and I thanked him again as I shook his hand once more at the end of the fm, this time, more like a slight touch since there were so many fans. He said thanks and I still remember the softness of his fingers. Kyaaah!
A photographer was already there and Seung Gi said he would take a photo with me and sign it. The man taking the polaroid photos took the first one too far away, so he asked for another one. The second one is the close up, and is the one that came out nice. He signed the first one to: Elise and the second to my twitter id, to elisem1902. Here are the photos of me and Seung Gi:

Seung Gi signing my photos for me. 🙂
After I received the photos from him I bowed and thanked him once again and as I was about to leave the stage, the MC asked me if I didn’t want to hug Seung Gi. I turned around and he was standing there with a smile ready to give me one. I told myself, “Why not, this kind of opportunity doesn’t come easily” so I took the plunge and he gave me the warmest full hug. I still remember the warmth of his chest and his sweet fragrance. It in itself was so healing. Thank you so much Seung Gi for everything you did for me. You’ve given me the strength to continue blogging no matter what happens.♥
Here’s a tweet in Korean from a fan who attended the Daegu Hope concert. Seung Gi was throwing bundled up Heritory T-shirts wrapped in ribbon and here’s her mini fan account in her tweet:

The Japanese and Korean came from a fan’s blog in Japan by a blogger named Maya who knows both Korean and Japanese. nanako210 provided the Japanese fan account from her blog to share with the public so I will post it here, but since it was taken from Maya’s blog, I believe it should be linked back to her blog site. Here’s the link to (まやさん ブログ ) Maya’s blog:Fan account at Heritory fan signing event . I encourage Japanese speakers to visit her site for a full account.

A lovely Airen named @YulingSG has translated Maya’s account before my translation of her conversation with Lee Seung Gi from nanako210’s Chinese translation. Here is a link to her lovely blog: speciallyforlsg.wordpress.com Here is her translation:
Although the Heritory Fan Sign was carried out in the hall of a department store this time, but it seemed that there was a time restriction on the usage of the event location. Hence, the entire fan sign gave people a somewhat rushed kind of feeling.
Firstly, other than the fan’s name and Seung Gi’s signature on the autograph card, fans couldn’t request Seung Gi to write any other additional words.
Later, the staff kept reminding everyone that while waiting for Seung Gi’s autograph, the words that (we) wanted to tell Seung Gi, try to make them as brief as possible
As a result, the interaction time with Seung Gi for each and every one of us was truly very, very short, this really made people feel sad and regretful.
However, after thinking about it for a while, being able to attend (the fan sign) is already very fortunate, (I) really couldn’t ask for more.
When I stood in front of Seung Gi, with my utmost efforts I expressed my heart-felt words to him. But due to my extreme nervousness, I could only remember Seung Gi’s replies briefly.
Below shows my conversation with Seung Gi↓
(I am translating directly from the original Korean version of Maya’s fan account)
Me: Hello. SG: Yes, hello. Me: Do you like vinegar flavored rice wrapped in tofu? SG: Yes, I like it. Me: That’s a relief. During our rehearsal support for the Tokyo performance, we had given you vinegar flavored rice wrapped in tofu. SG: Ah~ yes, yes, you did. Me: But I had been curious whether that was to your liking. SG: It was delicous. Thank you. Me: That’s a relief. Thank you very much.
After we finished talking, I shook Seung Gi’s hand, then I left the hall.
Although I already knew that Seung Gi probably wouldn’t remember our fan group (Because it’s still not considered as an official established fan group), but among the countless times of fan support for rehearsals, Seung Gi was still able to remember “sushi” this particular matter. Just this could make me feel unlimited happiness.
Moreover, I was able to hear his replies with my own ears. For me, this was the most meaningful and best reward from attending the fan sign this time!
Here are photos of vinegar rice wrapped in tofu. It is called Cho Bap (초밥) in Korean.
